New Form Tools which has a specific experience also in cutting stainless steels, both ferritic and austenitic, is able to analyse applications and working conditions and to propose different special steel for manufacturing the blades, specific heating treatments, superficial finishing, coatings and profiles. The whole process is carried out in the New Form Tools Plant, which has developed a particular technique in order to assure the flatness of the blade within very close limits, through heating treatments, grinding and flattening processes. In addition to tungsten carbide nozzles, we are able to offer in co-operation with the German Company Sintek Keramik, boron carbide and silicon carbide nozzles, which show a much longer life. Besides to the range of standard nozzles we manufacture special nozzles, also in small quantities and with quick delivery times, according to the specific requirement. Nozzles are also supplied with bodies in galvanized steel or aluminium

These high quality electrodes have no radioactive elements and assure a high productivity by TIG welding on automatic machines. They are available in:
- pure tungsten
- cerium tungsten
- lanthanum tungsten
from diameter 1,0 mm until diameter 10 mm with length 150 mm and 175 mm, in different dimensions and forms. Moreover we manufacture electrodes starting from these rods as per drawing and according the specific customer's requirements.
